Yoga – time update

There has been a small change to Saturday morning yoga at the hall.

It will now begin at 8am, with 9:30am finish time.

I’m sure this will be a welcome change to take advantage of the invigorating morning cool, now that the days are getting hotter. The new start-time will take effect next meeting, Saturday, 28th of November.

Don’t forget to bring a mat.

Yoga Saturday mornings

Just a quick reminder for yoga on Saturday mornings.
A great way to dissolve the tension from the week and start the weekend in a more relaxed way.

It costs $5 for the hall and Andrew is happy for you to pay whatever amount you are able to pay for his very good yoga session. (I pay $10.) Even free if you can only manage the $5 hall fee.

So, get to the hall at 8.50 for a 9am start every Saturday. (8am-9:30am from 28th November onwards.)

All levels will benefit, from beginner to advanced as Andrew gives you the options that you can manage.
So, if you have always wanted to try yoga this is a great opportunity for you.

The sausage sizzle with a quick brainstorming session for future events/activities at the hall is all set for 4pm this afternoon (10th October 2020). Gold coin donation.

Be good to see you there.
See you soon,

Michelle
